Mentor and mentee pairing
Once we learn about one another, we pair mentors and mentees who are best suited to each other. Our goal is to connect mentors and mentees at local events on campus and off campus, and through our technology tools and online communication. Our goal is Allah, and as such we will ensure the relationship is one that pleases Him SWT. We aim to give the mentor the right platform to help the mentee advance their life, professional and career goals.

What to expect
Vision and goals
After helping the mentee set a vision, mentors help set clear goals to attain their dreams, with regular follow-up. Mentors’ real-world experience helps the mentee set practical goals.
A relationship
The mentor–mentee relationship is the key to successful mentoring. Pairing is done thoughtfully, so guidance and coaching cover life, academic, career and professional goals insha’Allah.
